HOW DOES IT WORK EXACTLY?

  • Search MLS for your dream home .
  • Call us at 877-983-7326 to schedule a 2 hour tour with one of our showing specialists.
  • Either start an offer with our online tools - or just call directly and we'll walk you through the whole process.
  • The offer (and possibly counter-offer) is accepted by you and the seller!
  • We take care of all of the details - like keeping track of key dates, inspections, deadlines. We review all of the legal documents.
  • We accompany you to the closing to ensure everything works out as planned.
  • You receive your rebate within one week of closing. Your rebate will be equal to 50% of our buyer's commission. Our minimum fee is $4000.

    In order for you to receive a full 50% the overall buyer commision must be at least $8,000. That would be the normal commission on a house of 240K or more.
  • You live happily ever after in the home of your dreams.
  • NOTE: We also have traditional clients that want us to find them a home for which we offer a special surprise at closing, though not a 50/50 split.
