It is spacious, it is in a good neighborhood, it is everything that we wanted. He made it so simple, his use of technology and computers is just amazing.

The closing was so simple (it took only 7 minutes!) and that is including the chat which we had with the closing agent.

As you know we are virtually unfamiliar with St. Petersburg, since we are coming in from Maryland, but you were kind enough to take us around and explore the different areas in the city which could consider for investing. It seems that there is a boom in the construction of new hi-rise condominiums in both St. Petersburg and Clearwater. Perhaps this is a good time to get our feet in the water.
